These Are Trying Times For Business

The world has never seen anything like this before. It’s time for all of us to dig deep and find a way to adapt to the situation in front of us.

At BirdBrain, we’re doing everything we can to support Australian businesses, big and small. We’re here to find new and innovative ways to keep your business doing business to the best of its ability. While Australia remains in isolation, we believe that the digital world will give your business the strength it needs to power through this time.

Here’s some ideas for your business to help it adapt and thrive during COVID-19.

Connect with Customers Via Email Marketing

Communication is key. While everything in the world is so uncertain, it’s more important than ever to stay in touch with your existing customers. If you can keep delivering products and services during this time, it’s crucial your customers know about it. If you can’t, use this time to engage your subscribers, educate them and foster their loyalty.

Get Your Business Online Now

You might not be able to do business in-store right now, but there’s no reason why you can’t make a smooth transition into the digital world. Start selling your products via an eCommerce site, run video workshops, upload tutorials, provide online training and more. We can build a simple website that can do all of this for you, getting you back on the front foot.

Stay Top of Mind On Social Media

It might be time to physically hide from the world, but when it comes to your customers, you don’t want to be forgotten. You need to maintain your social media presence and stay top of mind with your customers. Right now is the perfect opportunity with more people spending time online at home. Build awareness now so that your business can soar in the future.

Double Down On Long Term Strategy

During challenging and confusing times, it’s so easy to start shooting from the hip. It may go against your instincts, but now is not the time to be reactive. Instead, it’s time to be proactive about your long-term future. If you can’t see the forest from the trees, reach out to our team. We’ll help you formulate a strategic approach to your digital activities and help you discover potential opportunities during this time.

Let Automation Do The Work For You

Now is the time to start relying on digital technologies for support wherever you can. Automated emails, Facebook messenger bots, website chat bots and more can help you manage your customer service while you’re stretched elsewhere. Automate your communications during this time so you can focus your energy on what your business really needs right now.

It's Time To Adapt

It’s a different world. But we’re the same old BirdBrain. We’re still delivering value to our clients every day and adapting our services to provide whatever level of support is needed.

Whether you’re already a BirdBrain client or you’re a business out there that needs some help, we’re here for you. Let’s have a chat about what we can do.
